We follow 3 stages to efficiently render our remote/virtual bookkeeping services right on time at most competitive rates.

Stage 1: Fill the Inquiry Form

(i) You fill the inquiry form by sharing your name, telephone number, email ID, business website URL and business nature details.

(ii) Once your email is received, our client representative will respond you as soon as possible via call/email and listen to you to understand your requirements.

Stage 2: Working Plan and Proposal For Virtual Services

(iii) After understanding your requirements, we will come up with a cost-effective solution including a working plan and terms of engagement. In the plan, we will chalk out everything especially how we can collaborate (communication channels), who will be the representative(s) from both sides, resource deployment, training methodology, meeting schedules, and all the engagement rules. We always prefer to provide custom accounting and bookkeeping solutions to our clients in order to meet their needs and reporting demands.

(iv) After acceptance of the working plan/terms of engagement based on the mutual understanding, we will provide you custom quotation/proposal along with contract for our services.

(vi) Once you accept our proposal and sign the contract, we will raise invoice for resource mobilization and deployment.

Stage 3: Work Delivery and Client’s Feedback

(vii) We will start delivering our remote/virtual services as per our working plan and tick the requirements mentioned in the contact to meet the goals and client’s satisfaction.

(viii) After work delivery, we will request you to share feedback and review. Your feedback and review will not only help us to review our services but also help us to improve our services for future projects. We always strive hard to learn from client’s feedback and improve our areas of weakness highlighted in a completed project.
